В начале августа 2016-го года я получил сервисные сообщения от «Новая Почта» и «Rozetka.ua» и был слегла удивлен.
На мой взгляд услуга Service Messages Viber, удобнее чем sms рассылка.
Стоит отметить, что сообщения приходят только на мобильное устройство, на приложение для компьютера сервисные сообщения не приходят, хотя, возможно нужно обновить приложение…
Эти сервисы доступны для проверенных клиентов и не могут являться спамом.
Если Вам не удобен такой вид сервис уведомления по вайбер, то можно нажать кнопку «отписаться».
Можно ли создать свой сервис сообщений Viber?
Да, можно, но это уже будет платная услуга сообщений для бизнеса.

The Viber Team Письмо содержит .pdf информацию о возможностях рассылки и в самом письме просят указать, сколько примерно планируется рассылать сообщений, по какой технологии, какого содержания будут сообщения, в какие страны… т.к. на данном этапе это большой объем сообщений, продолжать регистрацию мы не стал.
